Dosimeter types: * chips 1/8” x 1/8” Face thickness from 0.01” to 0.035”
* Rods 1mm dia x 6mm long and 1x1x6 mm
* Disks 1/8” diameter, 0.015” to 0.035 thick
* Cubes 1mm x 1mm x 1mm

Dosimeter Material: * TLD 100, TLD 200, TLD 300, TLD 400, TLD 600,
TLD 700, TLD 800

Capacity: * 50 Dosimeters in one loading

Throughput: * Cycle time per chip; 30 seconds with normal time-temp
profile adjustable by menu from 20-300 seconds.

Heating Method: * Hot gas – Linear with temperature reproductability better
than +/- 10C

Heating Profile:

a) Adjustable by menu. Up to ten heating profiles stored and
accessible for viewing.

b) Pre-read anneal; adjustable 0 to 100 second temperature
to 200 0C

c) Linear Ramp; adjustable from 10C per second to 50oC per
second

d) Maximum Temperature 40oC

e) Post read anneal; 0 to 20 second; up to 400oC

Calibration unit: * User selectable therefore uGy, cGy, mRem, mR, uSv
